Panelists are Jennifer Cook, associate director for WiSys Technology Foundation, which patents technologies developed through 11 UW System universities and licenses those inventions to companies; and Greg Keenan, accelerator program manager for Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, which is among the oldest and most successful technology transfer offices in the nation and is the designated patent and licensing organization for the UW-Madison.

“The presence of WARF and WiSys in Wisconsin is a major plus for companies seeking to tap into innovation from one of the nation’s leading research engines, the UW System. This is an opportunity to better connect those resources with northeast Wisconsin,” said Tom Still, president of the Wisconsin Technology Council.
