WisBusiness: Companies at StartingBlock Madison, a startup hub and coworking space located a few blocks from the state Capitol, raised over $15.3 million in 2018.

According to a recent update, StartingBlock currently houses 37 early-stage companies, 35 percent of which were founded by women. The organization has 159 full-time employees.
