One of the most innovative tech companies in Wisconsin is making changes to its C-suite.

Comply365, the Beloit-based mobile documentation company founded by married couple Kerry and Dude Frank, has named a new CEO.

The company’s board of directors has appointed Tom Samuel as CEO, Comply365 announced Wednesday. Kerry Frank is stepping down from her role as CEO.

“It has been a tremendous honor to serve as the CEO of Comply365 since founding the company, and I am incredibly proud of everything our team has accomplished together in the last 10 years,” said Kerry Frank in a release on the company’s website. “The board and I are confident that Tom is the right person to build on this momentum.
