For the first time in the history of the Wisconsin State Emergency Operations Center, a health crisis has it to switch to its Level 1 response procedures.
By going to Level 1, all state agencies will be able to improve their coordination by bringing their efforts together under one roof.
The Center elevated its response to offer better support to the state’s Department of Health Services as it works to contain the coronavirus outbreak across the state.
