The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has announced it’s decision to uphold the remaining two stem cell patents held by the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation. In late February, the Office first announced their decision to uphold the one of three patents under review since October 2006. The decisions of the Office are final and cannot be appealed.
