With his company’s growth continuing to accelerate, Andrew Bergholz faces a host of new problems.

Traffic and Parking Control Co.’s warehouse, for example, is not big enough for its expanding business.

“But the question is how much space do we need,” said Bergholz, co-owner and vice president of sales and marketing for the maker of traffic control equipment. “These are rabbit hole questions you can’t answer unless you have the right processes in place.”
